In many cases, yes. Customer supplied items may be approved depending on fabric type, condition, and decoration method. Because we cannot replace customer supplied garments if something goes wrong in production, we will review the items first and confirm what is possible.
Vector files are best, like AI, EPS, or SVG. High resolution PDF files are also great. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway. We can often clean it up or rebuild it so it is production ready.
